GUCCI GUILTY pour homme
I bought this Gucci scent for my man some time ago, and I love when he wears it.
Worth noting is that Guilty now comes in pour femme options: a Guilty Absolute in a pink bottle, as well as a platinum version (very sexy silver bottle), and an intense version (in a gold bottle).
This men’s eau de toilette is sold many places, including the major department stores. A comparable bottle will set you back about $74.00 USD now.
The scent of Guilty is very complex and masculine. I usually don’t like Patchouli, but in Guilty it intertwines so well with the other notes that it lends a tangled and alluring layer.
Top Notes: mandarin and pepper
Mid Notes: Lilac, Geranium and Forest
Base Notes: Amber and Patchouli
At first I smell the musk and masculine aspects of this scent, but it lingers as fresh and outdoorsy.
To me, it is primarily fresh, understated and down to earth. But, it also adds a mysterious quality to the wearer as your olfactory system tries to discern the separate notes.
So, if you are still looking for a last minute gift, this may be just the thing for the man in your life.
Have you tried one of the feminine versions of Guilty? If so, drop me a note and let me know what you think. Its Gucci, so it is a little more on the expensive side, but I love how this one smells.
xoxo,
Jen
