W3LL PEOPLE Natural Contour and Highlight Duo
Look no further for natural cosmetics than the #BeautyConscious, eco-luxe line W3ll People! Today, I am blogging their Natural Contour and Highlight Duo of face colors.
The small duo compact comes with two blend-able creamy colors: one for contouring and one for highlighting. These shades look natural on the skin, and should work well for just about any shade of complexion as they are pretty universal.
The highlight Brightening Cream with a soft shimmer is ‘universal glow’ and the matte contouring Bronzing Cream is called ‘natural tan.’ #W3llPeople makes these all of their cosmetics in small batches in the USA from natural and organic ingredients.
These shades are:
- free of: Parabens, Gluten, GMO, Phthalate, Sulfate, Fragrance, Synthetic Dyes, PEG, Propylene Glycol, and Talc
- contain no fillers
- long wearing
- long wear color
- absorb excess oil
They are also moisturizing and nourish the skin with organic botanicals:
- organic green tea
- organic olive oil
- aloe extract
- Jojoba proteins
I usually apply these with my fingertips, so as not to lose any of the creamy product on an applicator. Although, sometimes I so use a brush to blend them out a bit.
I add the contour shade to 1.) the hollows of my cheeks, 2.) hairline at the top and sides of my forehead, 3.) a bit at the jawline, 4.) sides of my nose, 5.) and sometimes even the sides of my neck and/or collarbone depending on the cut of what I am wearing.
Placement of the highlighter goes on 1.) tops of cheeks, 2.) center of nose, 3.) cupid’s bow of top lip, 4.) top of forehead, and 5.) if needed—tear ducts, top of collar bones, and tops of shoulders.
After adding the contouring and highlighting color with my fingertips and blending them out, I finished the look with #elf cream blush in Rose Royalty and #Anastasia liquid lipstick in Sugarplum.
Additionally, you can set the contour and highlight colors with a translucent powder to ensure extra long wear.
I highly recommend W3ll People for their dedication to natural products and sound practices! You skin will benefit from wearing their products, no question.
My purchase of this product was made at Pharmaca, but you can also buy this duo directly at w3llpeople.com for around $25.00USD. And, I do know that Target carries some of the W3ll People brand items, as well as Whole Foods.
