BRONX COLORS Lip Liners – an Ulta Exclusive

Just this year, January 2017, Ulta started exclusively selling Bronx Colors in the United States! The founder of this edgy line based it and named it after the NY borough where he was inspired by a prevalent free and artistic spirit. Although a Swiss brand, Bronx Colors is now sold worldwide.

Bronx Colors strives to offer very affordable, urban cosmetics selections. It has a wide range of vibrant and fashionable shades of lip colors, that are highly pigmented with excellent color payoff. They are also NOT tested on animals.

Recently, I decided to try this line with the purchase of two lip liners in the shades Plum and Burgundy.

I selected these two lip liners at first primarily based on how inexpensive they were, at just $3.99 USD each! Also, I had never tried Bronx Colors before and was intrigued.

Happily, I am very pleased with these two shades. I am using them as all-over lip color, blending them onto my lips and then adding a gloss to get a shine and consistency that provides full coverage:

These first photos are the Burgundy color (which I think looks a little more red than burgundy).

The next photos show the Plum color, which is my favorite of the two:

Ulta has this lipliner in 12 colors total: Orange, Pinky, Burgundy, Mauve, Hot Pink, Fuchsia, Purple Glam, Plum, Deep Purple, Bronze, Natural and Auburn.

They are supposed to offer all day wear. I am currently still putting them to the test on durability. However, these two colors are lovely and I already have my eye on the Mauve and Auburn colors to buy next.

I’d love to hear if you are currently using any Bronx Colors (they also have foundations, powders, blushes and eye palettes to choose from).

Go Gorgeous!

xoxo,

Jen
