IPSY February 2016 GLAM BAG – Pretty in #IpsyPink
The post card for February’s IPSY Glam Bag says “we’re taking our favorite shade from dainty to daring,” which means this month is featuring PINK, of course: Pretty In #IpsyPink.
The one particularly pink item I received in my Glam Bag is the Trust Fund Beauty nail polish in pink “I’m Kind of a Big Deal“. This is a lovely, medium cool pink nail color – perfect for daywear.
I love the Naked Cosmetics Mica Pigment eyeshadow in Sierra Nevada. It has a micro sparkle to it and goes on fairly sheer with an iridescent beige shade. The loose pigments are very fine in texture and can be beautifully layered over another eyeshadows or worn alone with a dark eyeliner.
Other items include a small Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Oil, a Margaret Dobbs London miniature crystal nail file, and Seraphine Botanicals Carrot + Rose Hydrating Cream.
The primer oil can be applied before makeup, and also before bed time. It works to increase skin moisture to combat the appearance of fine lines, as well as set makeup for the day.
Margaret Dobbs’s nail file has very finely textured file that contributes to a smooth finish after filing nails.
And, the hydrating cream absorbs very quickly with a sweet floral scent.
And, I’m also including the items my sister received in her Glam Bag – to show some of the other items that it was possible to receive this month:
Wishing everyone a gorgeous week!
xo,
Jen
