ANASTASIA Beverly Hills Self-Made eyeshadow palette
This Anastasia eyeshadow palette, is a limited-edition shadow collection. I received the Self-Made palette as a gift for my birthday at the end of November (it was on my list!).
The 14 eyeshadow shades it contains range from a matte yellow-beige (Buttery) to a deep blue/black with tiny pink sparkles (Spirit Rock). Each square eyeshadow tray is 0.025oz.
I was particularly attracted to the number of frost hues as well as the variety of cool tones and deepness of colors.
Color Names are (from left to right) –
TOP ROW:
Pink Champagne, Metallic Plum, Self-Made, Witchy, Blush, Blossom and Buttery
BOTTOM ROW:
Deep Purple, Treasure, Hot & Cold, Sherbet, Isla, Spirit Rock and Hot Chocolate
I’ve found these shadows to have high-pigmentation pay-off – however they are best worn in tandem with a primer (I like Urban Decay’s primer) to ensure that they don’t lose their intensity or sparkle.
In trying these out over the last few weeks, I have mainly used Witchy and Hot&Cold for crease colors, Buttery for a highlighting color, and Hot Chocolate, Sprit Rock, Deep Purple, Metallic Plum and Deep Purple for liner colors. The fabulous number of medium shades have been fun to experiment with and blend for lid colors.
I’d love to hear if you have this palette and have found some great color combinations.

Jen
