BARE MINERALS The Regal Wardrobe eye and cheek palette
Wandering through Ulta this week, I couldn’t help but notice a new array of Bare Minerals product sets. The display table seemed to have a number of empty slots, so after seeing this one The Regal Wardrobe boxed palette I quickly snatched it up based on demand, prior to finding the display palette to determine if it would be a good purchase for me. I also picked up at Physicians Formula small blush palette that was my original intended buy.
The Regal Palette folds to close securely with a magnetic seal, and houses a gorgeous range of fall tones for eyes, and cheek colors. The eyeshadow shades: 1 Natural (matte cream), 2 Cognac (shimmering copper), 3 Namaste (matte taupe), 4 Treasure Hunt (shimmering taupe), 5 500 Thread Count (matte white), 6 Romp (irridescent lilac), 7 Flash (matte medium mauve/taupe), and 8 Regal (deep shimmering plum). The four larger pans of color: 9 Ready Blush in The Summer Fling (creamy peach), 10 one Ready Bronzer in The Skinny Dip (light tan), 11 a Ready Luminizer in The Brilliant Sunset (tan reflective shimmer) and 12 a second Ready Blush in The Love Letter (warm mauve).
Its arranged as two sets of colors that each create one look. A tiny folded card inside the box lists the suggested ways to wear the two sets of colors.
Look #1:
face colors – The Summer Fling for cheek color and The Skinny Dip for face and cheek contouring
eye colors – Natural for highlight under the brow, Cognac for lid, Namaste for crease and lower lash line, and Treasure Hunt in an arc above the crease
Look #2:
face colors – The Brilliant Sunset for cheek color, and The Love Letter for cheek contouring
eye colors – 500 Thread Count for highlight under the brow, Regal for lid, Romp for upper lash line, and Flash in an arc above the lid crease
This palette sold for $39.00, and noted that it was a $126.00 value.

The small Physicians Formula Happy Booster blush I selected is in the color Natural, and is also offered in several other color sets. I liked this color because it was light with a good mix of natural tones.
It does have a slight shimmer, but not very noticeable on the cheek. The colors blend effortlessly with the swipe of a blush brush and onto your cheek. The product has a complexion brightening effect and is the perfect size to throw in your gym bag or purse.
Below the tray of cheek color the compact opens to a mirror, and small blush brush housed in the lower tray. The box says Look Happy!/Feel Happy! about the color’s blushing glow. Its also paraben free, gluten free, non-comedogenic and dermatologist approved.
I hope everyone has a Gorgeous week!
xo, Jen
