My NEWBEAUTY TESTTUBE just arrived! As usual, it came with a small pouch of Beauty To-Go items (perfect for travel) as well as a tube full of face care and beauty product samples – and the magazine will be soon to follow in the mail. Its nice to see some familiar/proven products among the larger samples. The To-Go kit includes a stem cell super-food facial oil by Radial (a hydration serum), Pyhto perfect smoothing shampoo, Hydroxatone Instant Wrinkle Filler and a small container of Glymed Intense Peptide Skin Recovery Complex (which I am particularly excited about trying).

I currently use and like quite well, the Simple brand cleansing facial wipes. These are made for sensitive skin, and are especially good when I need to cleanse my face quickly or don’t have access to a sink/soap and water at the moment. I usually buy these at Target and they say they claim to even remove mascara. Their scent is light and fresh.

The Bioxidea Miracle 48 face and body treatment masks are new to me. They came with a redeemable sticker for $25 off your next purchase at http://www.bioxideusa.com. According to the packaging these can be applied directly to the face as a mask for 15-20 minutes and then each put directly into your bath to dissolve its skin nurturing ingredients. They have properties to exfoliate, brighten skin. I will try these soon!

A small daily moisturizer by Hope in a Jar combines antioxidants with moisturizers for high performance skin softening. It comes out of the tube a fairly thick white substance that absorbs quickly with virtually no smell.

Glamglow’s Youthmud Tinglexfoliate Treatment was created for the Hollywood set so that they could have camera-ready skin in a moment by activating collagen synthesis and absorbing skin’s impurities. The brown/green consistency is thick and can be easily removed with water after 10 minutes.

YBF Perfect Prep Face Primer promises to create a smooth facial surface on which to apply foundation. It has a hint of a yellow base to cover discolorations and is packed with vitamins A, C and E to pamper and protect. Applied over moisturizer, this product feels divine on skin, truly does create a silky smooth, invisible top layer.

Professional Solutions Triple Action Vitamin C delivers powerful antioxidants directly to skin to defend against wrinkles and lines. Also booting skin’s collagen making abilities while nourishing derma. Best applied to clean skin morning and night, allowed to dry before following up with further product. I’ve used this one and do see a noticeable smoothing.

Lets not forget your lovely locks. I was just recommending the It’s a 10 Miracle Leave-In Lite conditioner to my sister over the weekend. Love this product for detangling and strengthening towel dried hair. A must have for my long, easily tangled locks.

Grandelash-MD Grande Mascara Lash Boosting Formula is a product I’ve wanted to try. Peptides are the force in this lash treatment to induce longer, thicker lashes. The first time I used it, I applied several coats and was very happy with the results. I was able to make my lashes longer than usual. It comes off easily with soap and water.

Lastly, this TESTTUBE’s full-sized item is Tarte’s Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush. They included one of two different colors in their tubes – a forever flushed hue (soft spumy rose) or Frisky (a coral sun-kissed tint). I received the Frisky, which includes clay from the Amazon River banks and contributes to skin’s moisture levels as well as providing color.

Overall – a fabulous edition of the TESTTUBE!
