NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil – Purple Velvet

The purple of this eye pencil turns out fairly matte, even though the tip of the pencil looks like it might have some sheen. Its lid is clear, which allows you to see the color before opening it.

Although the color of this pencil is nice, it does not have good lasting power and rubs off very easily. I bought this one based on its sale price – picked it up along with the item I originally sought to purchase. Should be okay for day use although I will most likely start using a primer, at least on my top lid, before application.
