SMASHBOX Entice Me eye shadow palette

I bought this palette at the recent Nordstrom Trend Show (March 13). The palette itself is just over 2.5 inches square and includes a middle layer tray under the lid that is an outline of the Love Me logo. The logo was designed by graffiti artist Curtis Kulig and adds a fun element to this palette. The colors are all very nice and blendable: Sparkling Purple, Icy Blue, Deep Sparkling Navy, Icy Pink and Purple Taupe. I highly recommend this one or the other Love Me palette – Admire Me – which has more natural toned eyeshadows including Champagne, nude, bronze and brown.

This week, I was able to experiment with the colors a bit and found them to go well together. After applying a lid primer, I used the navy as an eyeliner, the purple taupe as a crease color and the purple for the outer edge of the eyelid – filling in the lid color with the pink. Smashbox seems to have put some thought into which sections should get each color based on which ones a woman might use the most. I look forward to experimenting with them more!
